Installation and maintenance:
1.The diameter of water meter is selected according to pipeline and flow rate ,not suitable for hot water;
2.Installation position need to avoid exposure ,frozen,pollution ,flooding .
3.Horizontal water meter be installed horizontally. For easily disassemble and assemble ,please make words face upward , and make the direction of the arrow on the case in the same direction of flow;
4.New pipeline must clean up the stone, sand and other debris
before install the water meter ,to avoid the water meter breakdown .
5.For collect measurement ,the faucet must higher than water meter ;the straight pipe connected to inlet of water meter must not less than 10D,the straight pipe connected to outlet of water meter must not less than 5D,D short for meter size.
6.Water meter should not be directly connected to the pipe ,the connections between the meter and pipeline should adopted connecting pipe, gasket, coupling nut ;when assembly and disassembly,must not forcibly pull hard ,to avoid unnecessary wrenching of water meter case which affect the
normal operation of the water meter
7.Meter above is prohibited put any items. Pay attention to moisture-proof and damp-proof ,strictly prohibit water droplets penetrate into meter controller which would damage control system and affect the normal use of the water meter .
